Due to additional customs fees, we do not currently ship internationally.
By clicking on ‘Checkout’ in your order, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Service and are purchasing the next subscription box to ship (see monthly shipping schedule below; boxes ship each month on the 18th).
You confirm and that your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription billing period.
Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month (exception: if you subscribe after the 18th of the month, your subscription will not renew until the month after next. Example: Sign up date: August 18 -> Shipment date: September 18 -> Renewal date: October 1). Your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription fee until you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into the customer portal or by contacting us at email@example.com . Cancelling your subscription will cancel any future renewals and you will receive any remaining shipments in your term; however we do not offer refunds for cancelled subscripitons.
If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.
